University of Richmond Queally Center

Hourigan was selected by the University of Richmond as the Construction Manager for the 54,000 SF, 3-story Queally Center for Admissions and Career Services. This facility represents the new “front door” to the campus and houses 5 departments (Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Bursar and Career Services).

The facility also includes a 350-person banquet hall for hosting formal dinners and presentations, and a full commercial kitchen to support the needs of University functions.
