Project Magnolia

Located in Central Virginia, this design-build project of a 113,000-SF state-of-the-art Tier III Mission Critical Operation and Data Center was completed in a mere 24 months. The highly secure, hardened facility serves as the command center for the confidential client’s long-distance and high-voltage power transfer systems. The facility maintains full backup capabilities, including an operating data center and office/administrative spaces. The entire greenfield site required security cleared access and controls for the duration of the project. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
