J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Georgiadis Hall

The 60,000-square-foot, two-story Georgiadis Hall, part of J. Sargeant Reynolds Parham Rd. campus, recently underwent a complete gut of the building interior, which hadn’t been renovated since originally being built in the 1980’s. Looking to update the facility’s academic instructional and support spaces, the design focuses on modernizing the building to capitalize on new teaching methods and technologies. Students benefit from a redesigned interior with an efficient layout where the college’s student services have been consolidated. Spaces includes marketing, admissions, financial aid, a café, and offices.
