Hewlett Packard

This project was an incredibly fast-track, two phase warehouse and logistics manufacturing space for Hewlett Packard. The first building was a 146,000 SF, precast concrete structure. 20,000 SF was used as office space, with the remaining space used for manufacturing and distribution. The first phase was completed in 90 days.

As soon as the first facility was completed, HP asked Hourigan to build a second one. The second building was a 160,000 SF, precast concrete structure. This building was completed in 110 days.
