Deepwater Industrial Park
Richmond is emerging as a logistics powerhouse in the Mid-Atlantic region. Deepwater is a premier location for firms to conduct business. It is situated 2.2 miles from the Richmond Port Terminal and the development has high visibility from Interstate 95. As the main ground shipping route for the East Coast, the site is accessible to over 40% of the U.S. population within a day’s drive.
Deepwater Industrial Park is a 110-acre industrial development designed to accommodate logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing operations. The park features three buildings with a combined total of over 1.5 million square feet. Each building is constructed with tilt-up concrete wall and structural steel framing. There are three buildings in the industrial park:
• Deepwater D – 1.2M SF
• Deepwater A – 105k SF
• Deepwater C – 205k SF
Key infrastructure includes a total of 233 dock doors, 165 dock levelers, and 8 drive-in ramps. Additionally, the park offers a total of 800 trailer drops and 574 parking spaces to support both commercial vehicles and employee needs.
