Deepwater Industrial Park

Richmond is emerging as a logistics powerhouse in the Mid-Atlantic region. Deepwater is a premier location for firms to conduct business. Deepwater Industrial Park is a 110-acre industrial development designed to accommodate logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing operations. The park features three buildings with a combined total of over 1.5 million square feet. Each building is constructed with tilt-up concrete wall and structural steel framing. There are three buildings in the industrial park:
• Deepwater D – 1.2M SF
• Deepwater A – 105k SF
• Deepwater C – 205k SF
Key infrastructure includes a total of 233 dock doors, 165 dock levelers, and 8 drive-in ramps. Additionally, the park offers a total of 800 trailer drops and 574 parking spaces to support both commercial vehicles and employee needs.
