Recently named a “Top City for Global Trade in the United States*,” Richmond is emerging as a logistics powerhouse in the Mid-Atlantic region. Lowe’s has selected the Deepwater Industrial Park for its new distribution facility. The park is ultimately slated to house 1.5 million square feet of industrial space and will also feature necessary electric substations and other utilities to meet the requirements for a full range of businesses in the industrial and distribution sectors.
