Altria Corporate Headquarters

This project consisted of renovating the 250,000 SF Reynolds Metals Headquarters office building. The extensive renovation required the building be brought back to its core and shell elements and completely rebuilt. The facility amenities include a fitness center, two kitchens, dining areas, a conference center, hair salon, medical suite, company store, and travel agency. The 34-acre site improvements included perimeter fencing, entry guardhouses, and site entrances. The architectural design is on the National Register of Historic Places and is designated a Virginia Historic Landmark.
