AECOM Norfolk Office

Hourigan provided preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of a 25,000 square-foot Class A office space located in the Wells Fargo tower in downtown Norfolk. Successful interior space development, system engineering and environmental initiatives have led to AECOM benefitting from a more efficient, interactive and collaborative work environment suitable for future growth. This $1.5 million, award-winning project is slated for LEED Silver certification.
