His ability to cultivate collaboration among owners, architects, and trade partners is one of his greatest strengths, allowing him to consistently deliver high-caliber results. 

Since joining Hourigan, Tim has played an integral role in leading high-profile projects across Central Virginia. His operational focus on lean scheduling, early completion strategies, and risk management ensures projects are executed with efficiency and precision.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, balancing time between various sports activities and camping together in the great outdoors.
