Sally Tate is a key champion for talent acquisition, career and leadership development, and driving company culture for Hourigan’s team. Following years of experience with innovative, high-growth organizations like Snagajob and PartnerMD, she brings a dependable and personable attitude to everything she does. From overseeing the company’s marketing efforts and optimizing communication strategies internally and externally, to ensuring a culture of excellence is found consistently throughout the company, she epitomizes leadership from the inside out.

Sally graduated from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business with a B.S. in marketing management. Sally is a SHRM, Senior Certified Professional, and serves on the boards of the Children’s Museum of Richmond, The Richmond Forum, and Junior Achievement of Central Virginia.

In her free time, Sally enjoys reading and traveling with friends and family. In the Spring and Summer, you can find Sally along with her husband, Nate, at the ballfield supporting their two sons!
