As Chief Operating Officer , Ryan oversees our scheduling team and corporate operations administration. He is responsible for driving all projects to successful completion while upholding our operational standards of excellence across all markets.

Ryan has proven himself to be a valuable resource and partner to Hourigan with his relationship-centric approach and calm and steady demeanor. He has been an integral part of our Western Virginia expansion efforts as he has overseen some of our most monumental projects. Ryan exemplifies our Hourigan Leader competencies and is well-respected within the community.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys being outside playing golf, hunting, and fishing. He also volunteers at Sportable as a board member, the Building Goodness Foundation, and serves on the SPPRC at St. Matthew’s UMC. Ryan mostly enjoys spending time with his wife, Ally, and their two daughters, Naomi and Ada.
