Mike Castle brings 31 years of industry experience to his role as Vice President of the Western Virginia Business Unit. Extremely client driven, he puts high emphasis on a Project Team Approach because he knows it takes owners, architects, engineers and construction professionals all working side by side to truly make a project successful. Mike’s commitment to clients is demonstrated through his Executive Level commitment from beginning to end of a project, being actively involved in the work from preconstruction through construction.

Mike holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University. He places a strong focus on the personal and professional development of members of the Hourigan team and enjoys mentoring and helping develop Hourigan’s younger generation into future industry leaders.
