Mark Hourigan Jr. brings over a decade of industry experience to his role as Project Manager and Partner at Hourigan.  Mark’s ability to see the big picture, combined with his strong attention to detail, allow him to ensure that projects are consistently completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards. Mark’s focus on developing strong relationships coupled with his experience of various integrated project delivery methods have made him a trusted resource within the industry.

After receiving a B.S. in both Building Construction and Real Estate from Virginia Tech, Mark spent a few years working for a large nationwide GC in Salt Lake City which has allowed him to bring back a unique perspective to his time at Hourigan. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf, skiing and spending time on the water. He is also actively involved in supporting Startup Virginia and serves on the Leadership Advisory Board of the First Tee, where he is able to combine his passion for golf with his strong desire to continuously improve his community.
