With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Dillon is a seasoned leader specializing in healthcare construction. For the past 12 years, he has led high-performing teams to deliver complex healthcare projects that meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. As our Vice President of Western Virginia, Dillon brings his strategic vision, problem-solving expertise, and deep industry knowledge to strengthen our presence in the region. His leadership will drive innovation, enhance project delivery, and foster strong partnerships that support the growth and success at Hourigan.

In addition to his extensive experience, Dillon is an active member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Outside of work, Dillon enjoys spending time with his wife, Windy, and their two daughters, Victoria and Lauren. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and kayaking in his free time.
