For the past 12 years, he has led high-performing teams to deliver complex healthcare projects that meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Known for his innovative leadership, strategic insight, and strong problem-solving abilities, Dillon is dedicated to driving results that consistently enhance project outcomes.

In addition to his extensive experience, Dillon is an active member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Outside of work, Dillon enjoys spending time with his wife, Windy, and their two daughters, Victoria and Lauren. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and kayaking in his free time.
