Brian Jenkins leads the strategic direction for Hourigan’s development initiatives while forging solid partnerships and facilitating new projects. Brian’s 25-year career spans roles institutional investor, transactional attorney, and an executive-level real estate developer. He has an extensive background in executive management, government relations, commercial real estate, institutional investment, VC, technology and corporate law, and asset management. Brian is a native of Tidewater and has lived in Richmond for the past two decades. Happily married 25 years to his much better half, Michelle, Brian enjoys golf, hiking, and pickleball. He also finds real joy in watching his two college kids play lacrosse, at the University of Denver (Go Pios!) and Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!).
