As Vice President of the Hampton Roads Business Unit, Bart brings over 14 years of industry experience and recognized integrated project delivery expertise to his role. He believes in the power of strong communication to enhance relationships and maintain project schedules and budgets. Bart demonstrates the Hourigan commitment to excellence through exceptional team leadership focused on meeting and exceeding client expectations.

A native of the area, he has seen and been a part of the many great changes that have shaped the region—including the Virginia Beach skyline. Away from the office, Bart enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He actively coaches his son and daughter’s youth sports.

In addition to a Bachelor’s in economics and business from Randolph Macon College, Bart holds certifications in OSHA 30 Construction Training and as a Responsible Land Distributor.
