We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Norfolk’s new, 28,000 SF Broad Creek Library! The $10 million facility will include a large children’s library, adult and young adult collections, computer labs, meeting rooms and administrative spaces. It is scheduled to open in August of 2017.
