Today, Governor Ralph Northam and representatives from Reynolds Community College visited Hourigan’s Church Hill North Development site for a hard hat tour. The space consists of two parcels of land. The first includes a grocer, retail, and 42 apartments. The second, the focus of the tour, will include a restaurant, commercial office space, 12 apartments, and Reynolds Community College’s new culinary school, The Kitchens at Reynolds.
