Within the field management program, you will play an integral role in ensuring project success on site by supporting the supervisory team on key responsibilities in daily operations. Become an active part of project ownership by working alongside our experienced superintendents. Participate in a variety of activities including subcontractor coordination and quality control, drafting and submitting safety reports, project close-out, and creating punch lists.
You will have the opportunity to assist with document control, status meetings and project close-out as part of the project management team. You’ll also partner with internal teams and vendors, establish relationships and attain insights on how to effectively communicate.
Be a part of projects well before ground-breaking. Perform quantity take-offs, gain a better understanding of drawings, estimate projects, and begin developing insight into product and market pricing alongside senior members of the preconstruction team.
Experience how models are created and applied using leading technology and programs, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks, and other systems. Perform clash detection, participate in coordination meetings, solve problems and mitigate risks as a member of the virtual construction team.
