Checkered Flag Audi Dealership

The Checkered Flag Audi Project is a new construction, 33,273 SF dealership expected to be completed in the Spring of 2024. The design includes a full curtain wall across much of the street-facing side of the building, allowing tons of natural light into the showroom, porous pavers in the parking lot to prevent runoff and absorb rainwater back into the ground, numerous indoor and outdoor EV charging stations, and a mezzanine with offices, locker rooms, and additional parts for storage.
